Taxizapp is a Belfast based startup providing online, automated dispatch systems to taxi and minicab companies. The company has worked hard to build awareness of its product and felt an entirely new brand identity, experience strategy, UI design and supporting collateral would lead the charge of a concerted push into international markets. The emphasis of the brand is a user-friendly image that sells them as a ‘must have’ solution providing an easy transition to a reliable, affordable system that enables increased capacity and productivity achieving bottom line results.

Mint were careful to deliver a brand that sustains and support the continuing development of a B2B software product, as well as the potential launch of a B2C app that provides a complete end-to-end experience for the taxi company and their customers. The valuable information derived and analysed from our product workshops directed us to the brand name ‘Onpoint’ which represents the value of a lean solution to its client and their customers. With the logo identity, messaging and key collateral in place, we implemented a UX strategy delivered through UI design onto the customer facing solution and website.
