Catalyst Inc is a not-for-profit organisation that invests the surplus generated from their agile workspace and facilities into the development of the region’s entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem through programmes, mentoring, workspace and key events. Catalyst Inc partnered with Mint on a rebrand of the organisation to bring the visual presence and strategic framework up to speed with the great work being done by the organisation.

The organisation name, brand and sub brands were created following extensive audit, research, stakeholder engagement and brand workshops. The output of these formed the foundation of the brand strategy by providing critical insight into the organisation’s values, personality and audience understanding. In practical terms this knowledge is introduced at a working level within the brand through clear design and communication; via messaging, tone-of-voice, a defined purpose and strong visual continuity. From an aspirational perspective we wanted the brand to be about people and their ambition to create disruptive innovation in an open and supportive environment, and to this end the brand provides a bright inclusive visual appeal that enables to Catalyst Inc to keep telling their story.
